Sum= adding, or putting two or more numbers together

46+4= 50

So, then you do 7-4, which is 3

Then do easy math: 50+3 is 53. This is all mental math

OR

Just count with your fingers (f=finger, so if you see 1f it means one finger, 2f is two, ect.)

46(0f), 47(1f), 48(2f), 49(3f), 50(4f), 51(5f), 52(6f), 53(7f).

Torrey has $20 to buy a birthday present for her that she does this to buy a CD for $18 the sales tax is 7% does she have enough
Effectus [21]
No, because she will go over by .57 cents. So she won't be able to buy the gift. You can find the answer by dividing 18 by 7 and adding that answer to 18 to get the amount total you owe including tax.

Zigmanuir [339]
\bf \qquad \textit{area of a sector of a circle}
\\\\
A=\cfrac{\theta r^2}{2}\qquad
\begin{cases}
\theta=\textit{angle in radians}\\
r=radius
\end{cases}

plug in the provided radius and angle

Can anyone find the area of this triangle ?
Alexxx [7]
12Sqrt(3)

This is because we can find the height and base of the triangle by using 30-60-90 triangles. Because the center point bisects the 60 degree angles in each corner, we can make 30-60-90 triangles. Then using porportions, you'll find the height of the triangle is 6 and the base is 4sqrt(3). Then use the area of a triangle formula.
