A. The answer to A. Is 50%. This is because 3 + 2 = 6; and 3 is 50% of 6 (3 ÷ 6 = .5 = 50%).  

B. The answer to B. Is 33.3%. This is because 2 is 33.3% of 6. (2 ÷ 6 = 33.3%).
