Article II Section 1 of the Constitution states and sets the qualifications to be President. It states that: No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.
Additionally, the 22nd Amendment sets the term limits for President.
The Constitution is the source of law and order. If there is no law in the country, the situation of the society will deteriorate further. Justice was not done and the accused were released. Without the constitution, the people would have no law and the criminals would be free and the youth of the country would also commit crimes.
Without a constitution the country will not last long. The Constitution of the country provides an education system for the youth so that the youth are illiterate without a constitution. The constitution prohibits people from doing bad things and maintaining peace in society.
Countries that do not have an constitution make their people wild like animals because there is no limit on them. It will also destroy the country’s economic situation leading to youth unemployment.
The Eighth Amendment of the US Constitution is the area of
the Bill of Rights that expresses that disciplines must be reasonable, can't be
coldblooded, and that fines that are uncommonly extensive can't be set. The
Eighth Amendment was appended to the Bill of Rights in 1791.
