Answer

Abstinence is a great way to avoid the risks that come with sex — like pregnancy and STDs — until you're ready to prevent and/or handle them. Abstinence can also help you focus on things that are most important to you, like friends, school, sports, activities, having fun, and planning for your future.

Tasya [4]

Answer:

A. Informed consent.

Explanation:

Informed consent is viewed as receiving detailed information about a specific treatment or test to help decide whether or not a patient would want to proceed with a treatment or test. It involves knowing the risks and benefits of said treatment.

So, for a patient that needs to take off a wisdom tooth, it's the duty of the dentist to let the patient know the risks, dangers and benefits before undergoing the procedure.

These dangers can include bleeding of the gums, pains, migraines, etc.

What does being healthy mean to you?
jeyben [28]

Answer:

Health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being, not just the absence of disease or infirmity. Good health helps us live a full life.

Explanation:

"Healthy living is about respecting my mind, respecting my body and remembering that what goes into my body can affect my mind and everything’s connected." When our physical health is suffering, it’s easy to see: a broken leg, a cut or a bruise, a limp. When our mental health is suffering it can be more difficult to spot.!!

Describe how schools use no-tolerance policies.
-BARSIC- [3]

Hello!! Schools that use a no-tolerance policy are followed by consequences. My school has no-tolerance policies for drugs, alcohol, bullying, etc. If you are caught with any of these, then you will suspended or expelled, depending on the seriousness of the charge. Basically, if schools have these policies, it will be followed by a serious consequence given by the principal/teacher. I hope I have helped!! Let me know if you have any more questions. Have a great day. :)
