If we were in a relationship and were having communication issues, the best thing to do would be for me to address these issues with you. It shows that i understand why you are upset and that i'm aware we are having problem.


C would be incorrect because in a relationship you do not directly assert dominance, and D is incorrect because talking about it might hurt feelings, but talking is better then blatantly ignoring the situation.
