The adrenal glands produce aldosterone, a hormone that controls fluid balance, blood pressure, and salt metabolism. If the adrenals stop producing aldosterone, the body will show many problems: low blood pressure and body fluids (dizzy), as well as low serum sodium and high serum potassium<span> from changes at kidney (salt-craving).</span>
