Simple,

4x9x2.2 = volume = 79.2 cubic centimeters

79.2/1000 = 0.0792 litres

not sure if you wanted it in cubic or litres FYI if it doesn't say put the answer in cubic :)

Which of the following is the solution to the following systems of inequalities? (picture included)
Ymorist [56]

Answer:

 C. (see the attachment)

Step-by-step explanation:

Both inequalities include the "or equal to" case, so both boundary lines will be solid. That excludes choices A and D.

The first inequality is plotted the same way in all graphs, so we must look at the second inequality. The relationship of y and the comparison symbol is ...

 -y ≥ (something)

If we multiply by -1, we get ...

 y ≤ (something else)

This means the solution space will be on or below (less than or equal to) the boundary line. This is the shaded area in graph C. (Graph B shows shading above the line.)

___

Further comment

Since the boundary for the second inequality is fairly steep, "above" and "below" the line can be difficult to see. Rather, you can consider the relationship of x to the comparison symbol. For the second inequality, that is ...

 x ≥ (something)

indicating the solution space is on or to the right of the boundary line.

PLEASE SHOW FULL SOLUTIONS!!! WILL MARK BRAINLIEST FOR BEST ANSWER!!
Lubov Fominskaja [6]

Answer:

 • The first option: $265.05

Step-by-step explanation:

Option 1

Payment as sequence:

 • 11.75, 12.10, 12.45, ...

This is an AP with:

 • The first term a = 11.75
 • Common difference d = 0.35
 • Number of terms n = 18

Find the sum of the first 18 terms:

 • S₁₈ = (a + a₁₈)*18/2 = (a + a + 17d)*9 = (11.75*2 + 17*0.35)*9 = $265.05

Option 2

Flat rate $14.50 per hour

The sum is:

 • $14.50*18 = $261.00

Compared, we see the first option pays more:

 • $265.05 > $261.00
