The answer to 25. is A 

The number line shows -3 but the arrow shows that N is greater than -3 because the arrow points forward.

The answer to 26. is C 

O is less than P the number of people there are but it can also be equal to the number of people there are.

P cannot be greater than 25 because 25 is the maximum. Therefore, 25 is either greater than P or equal to P
