First find the difference (1,200,000 - 750,000) which is 450,000. so how long does it take to fill 450,000 cm3? what i did was do 50% of 750,000 which is 375,000 then do 10% of 750,000 which conviniently comes up to 450,000 when added together so it takes 60% of 30 minutes to fill the remaining diffrence. 50% of 30 is 15 and 10% is 3 so 15+3 = 18 minutes. so to fill the pool you do, time of 750,000 + time of 450,000 = time of 1,200,000 (30 + 18 = 48)

48 minutes is the answer

Step 1: Find out how many cm3 is filled in a minute.
750000/30 = 25000cm3 per minute
Step 2: Find out how many minutes it takes to fill 1200000cm3.
1200000/25000 = 48 minutes

Answer: 48 minutes

vagabundo [1.1K]

Answer:

Integers: is the set of all the numbers that can be created by adding ones or subtracting ones a given number of times to zero.

for example:

4 = 0 + 1 + 1+ 1 +1  is an integer.

-3 = 0 - 1 - 1- 1 is an integer.

0 is also an integer, you add ones zero times.

Then 5 examples of integers can be:

-10, -5, 0, 4, 18

Whole numbers: this set is the set of the positive integers and the zero.

Then 5 examples are:

0, 1, 4, 6, 173

Rational: All the numbers that can be written as a quotient of two integers.

5 examples are:

2/2, 7/3, 4/16, 100/10, -500/1048

Natural: Is the set of the positive integers.

5 examples are:

1, 4, 6, 120, 47

Irrational: Are numbers that have infinite digits after the decimal point, such that there is no pattern in those digits. The squareroots of prime numbers are always irrational numbers.

5 examples are:

pi, √2, √3, √5, √13

where pi = 3.141592653...

Is the relation between the perimeter of a circle and its diameter.

perimeter = diameter*pi.
