Answer:

-2

Step-by-step explanation:

The formula for finding the slope is y2-y1 divided by x2-x1. You can use any two points.

So,

220-240 divided by 10-0= -20/10= -2

Hope this helps!!!

Write the sentence as an equation.
bearhunter [10]

The solution to a given word problem by writing it as an equation is k = 253/232

<h3>Expressing word problems in mathematical forms:</h3>

The process of expressing word problems in mathematical forms takes a logical and chronological approach while taking the variables and arithmetic operations given into consideration.

From the given information, to express the word problem in mathematical form, we have:

  • 253 = 232 × k
  • 253 = 232k

Making k the subject of the equation, we have:

k = 253/232

Let f (x) = 1/x<br> and g(x) = x² – 3x. What<br> two numbers are not in the domain of fºg?
iren [92.7K]

For this case we have the following equations:

f (x) = \frac {1} {x}\\g (x) = x ^ 2-3x

We must find (f_ {o} g) (x):

By definition of composition of functions we have to:

(f_ {o} g) (x) = f (g (x))

So:

(f_ {o} g) (x) = \frac {1} {x ^ 2-3x}

We must find the domain of f (g (x)). The domain will be given by the values for which the function is defined, that is, when the denominator is nonzero.

x ^ 2-3x = 0\\x (x-3) = 0

So, the roots are:

x_ {1} = 0\\x_ {2} = 3

The domain is given by all real numbers except 0 and 3.

Answer:

x other than 0 and 3

How to find area of parallelogram with coordinates of verticles?
ExtremeBDS [4]
You find a parallelogram area by this formula:
A=b\cdot h
Where b is its base and h, its height.
You get b's value applying distance between two points formula.
If A and B points form the base:
A(x_1,y_1)\;\;\;\;B(x_2,y_2) \\  \\ &#10;d_{AB}= \sqrt{(x_1-x_2)^2+(y_1-y_2)^2} =b

And h is the perpendicular distance between both bases.
You can visit next link to know further about it:
