Multiplying and Dividing Exponents are very easy.
When they are multiplied, we add the exponent numbers together.
When they are divided, we subtract the exponent numbers.
In this example, $h^{-18}* h^3$/$h^{0}$
We can conclude that $h^{0}$ is 1 because,
any number to the power of 0 is 1
$\frac{ h^{-18}* h^{3} }{1}$=$h^{-18} * h^{3}$
take the exponents alone:
-18+3 (Because it is multiplication) =-15
Final answer: $h^{-15}$
