Talk to a therapist, write your feelings in a journal, get a good amount of sleep, exercise, eat healthy, don’t isolate yourself- socialize, meditation, create and stay in a routine, clean and organize the space around you, relax by doing things you enjoy (warm bath, watch your favourite tv show, etc)
By strengthening your body it allows it to take more hits or strain without becoming injured.
