In order to change the levels of LDL and HDL in their blood, patients can begin to maintain a diet that is low in sodium and fats. Incorporating various fruits and vegetables into their diet can also have positive results. This change in diet will increase HDL levels in the blood while reducing LDL levels.

Hope this helped

Good luck

The nurse observes that a new client’s medication regimen includes sumatriptan. what assessment should the nurse prioritize?
zmey [24]
The nurse should prioritize assessing the severity of the migraine or headache that the patient is feeling. He/she can do this by asking the patient through a Perceived Stress Scale of 1-10, with 10 being the most painful form of headache, and 1 at the lowest rate of pain. Sumatriptan is a drug that is actually used to treat or manage migraines and other cluster headaches. It can be drank orally, nasally sprayed, and injected subcutaneously.
