Explain ways in which the cultures of the United States has spread thoughout the world
marta [7]

Answer:

With the global marketing and distribution of movies, music, literature, as well as with the influence of social media, American culture has reached distant parts of the world. People globally consume American culture, especially TV shows and movies. With this comes the spread of the American culture in the social sense - people grasping more ideas of the US life, dreams, and social constructs that are characteristic for the States.

Explanation:

The US has always placed a strong emphasis on culture and media, as well as sharing it globally.

One of the main instances of the ways culture spread around the world is movies, music, TV shows, and other media and cultural products. The American media is distributed all around the world, making a significant percentage of the global movie market.

This partly has to do with the fact that English is spoken around the world and seen as the language of understanding for all, while American media is produced in English. Yet, it also has to do with large marketing which America does to promote cultural programs and goods. In recent history, with the rise of social media, there is also that influence, as American media is dominant on the internet. The rise of services such as Netflix makes it easier to distribute various cultural products made in the US.

By listening to American music, watching American movies, reading American literature, etc. people around the world adopt the way of thinking dominant in America. They end up focusing on the US problems and ideas. Examples of this would be the spread of the so-called American dream, the perfect life with a house, family, and a stable job in the States. This is something people all around the world have heard of and many are striving towards it, even when they are far away from the US. Similarly, we see how many people follow American events like presidential elections. Many people who do not live in the US and can’t vote there have closely followed and understood elections in the country.

This provides how much have the US life become a global phenomenon through various media and cultural influences.

laiz [17]

Suppose that you are listening to a lecture by a speaker who supports the critical period hypothesis for a particular motor skill in children. the speaker is likely to say that Children will show an abrupt drop in acquiring the skill competently, as the age of acquisition increases.

A hypothesis (hypotheses) is a proposed explanation for a phenomenon. For a hypothesis to be a scientific hypothesis, it must be able to be tested by scientific methods. Scientists generally form scientific hypotheses based on previous observations that cannot be fully explained by available scientific theories. Although the terms "hypothesis" and "theory" are often used interchangeably, a scientific hypothesis is not the same as a scientific theory.

A working hypothesis is a tentatively accepted hypothesis proposed for further research in a process that begins with educated guessing or thinking.

In terms of undercover police operations, Kantian deontology or ethical formalism would most likely assert which of the followin
lidiya [134]

Answer: b. Condemn undercover operations where innocent people are deceived because such actions could not be justified under the categorical imperative.

Explanation:

Kantian deontology is a principle that espouses that humans should follow set and objective rules when it comes to ethics. These set rules are the moral guidelines that are acceptable the world over such as avoiding cheating, lying, deception or theft.

If an undercover operation will lead to innocent people being deceived then such an operation should not be undertaken under the Kantian deontology because it goes against the categorial imperative (objective rule) of avoiding deception.
