Answer:

Child Labor

Health Hazards

Tenement Housing

Explanation:

Why was there a need for reform for this social problem?

Children should not be doing the work of adults. They are still developing and could endure many injuries doing this work. Their work environments were hazardous and affected them.

How was the problem addressed during the Industrial Age?

It was addressed by the fair labor standards act which was successful in making child labor illegal.

Was the Social Problem addressed successfully? Be sure to support your opinion with evidence from the lesson or your research.

I believe that the social problem was addressed successfully because it completely stopped the issue. There were no more large-scale cases in which this continued legally in the U.S.

Why was there a need for reform for this social problem?

This was also a very important issue to address. Many people got sick and died due to the unsanitary environment they abided in. If this wasn’t addressed people would continue to get ill and die.

How was the problem addressed during the Industrial Age?

The cities eventually introduced filtration and chlorination systems to be able to improve the water quality and safety.

Was the Social Problem addressed successfully? Be sure to support your opinion with evidence from the lesson or your research.

I believe it was partially successful because the water was cleaner but still not very safe. Entering the 20th century many people did not have completely safe water.

Why was there a need for reform for this social problem?

This needed to be reformed because the people living in the tenement houses lived in very poor conditions. It was an unsanitary dangerous way of living. They did not have basic necessities and had to share the few they did have with many others.

How was the problem addressed during the Industrial Age?

The problem was not really addressed. More buildings were built for tenement housing because the owners noticed they would profit more by renting to more people in smaller spaces.

Was the Social Problem addressed successfully? Be sure to support your opinion with evidence from the lesson or your research.

I believe this social problem was addressed poorly because it wasn’t really addressed at all. As time went on, they were no longer as popular and were no longer in use. But that wasn’t due to any action taken to improve or change the housing.

How did the revolt in Haiti influence Napoleon's decision to sell Louisiana
natulia [17]

C. French defeats in Haiti ruined Napoleon's plan to build an empire in America.

Napoleon decided that holding a empire outside Europe would be too costly, drain too much resources and spread his troops out too much. He decided to drop most of the colonies & sell the Louisiana to the US not only as to be able to have more money to fund his wars, but also to give the UK a rival for the future.

It is likely you are reacting to the continued effect of <u>"hormones".</u>

Hormones refers to the chemical messengers in the body that show movement in the blood to organs and tissues flagging them to take the necessary steps they were intended to do. They can influence various procedures in the body, including propagation, sexual capacity, digestion, development and advancement, and even state of mind. People both have hormones, and hormone levels change and create as the individual develops and ages.

melamori03 [73]

Answer:    21,9%

Explanation:  According to official data, Botswana is one of the countries where HIV is most prevalent in the world. As many as 21.9% of the population are infected with the virus, and in the population between the ages of 15 and 49, as many as 20,3%, are infected with HIV, though this percentage also varies. This is why Botswana is the first in Africa to launch a treatment program, or rather, drug treatment for HIV. In total HIV prevalence, Botswana is the third in the world.
