$2,000 after 3 years at an interest rate of 2.5% is round up to the nearest cent. please. help I'm so tired people giving me the wrong answer please I'm not so good in math

Take 2.5 and move the decimal over 2 times to the left. so its .025
and then do 2,000 and mulitiply that by interest rate .025
once you do that multiply that by 3 for the three years

2,000 * .025 = 50

50 * 3 = 150
