T = 2\pi\sqrt{\frac{M}{k}}

now we have

now we have

T = 2\pi\sqrt{\frac{12}{2200}}

As we know that time period of spring block system is inversely dependent on the frequency

so we have

f = \frac{1}{T}

f = \frac{1}{0.464}
