Answer: b. petroleum

Explanation:

A fossil fuel is the fuel which is produced after a year long geological and biological process taking place inside the earth crust. The fuel is produced by the decomposition of plant and animal matter which is left under the influence of heat and pressure for years.

Petroleum or crude oil is the example of fossil fuel.

From this list, select the element that forms π bonds most readily. from this list, select the element that forms bonds most rea
Finger [1]

Nonmetals which are located in the second row form pi bonds more easily than the elements situated in the third row and below. Actually there are no compounds or molecules known that forms covalent bonds to the noble gas Ne and Ar. Hence the other second row element which is Carbon, is the element that forms pi bonds most readily.

What is the percent of Cr in Cr2O3
IgorLugansk [536]
The percentage of Chromium in Chromium Oxide is calculated as follow,

Step 1:
           Calculate Molar mass of Cr₂O₃,
Cr = 51.99 u
O = 16 u
So,
     2(51.99) + 3(16) = 103.98 + 48 = 151.98 u

Step 2:
          Secondly divide molar mass of only chromium with total mass of Cr₂O₃ and multiply with 100.
i.e.
                   = \frac{103.98}{151.98} × 100

                   = 68.41 %
So, the %age composition of chromium in chromium oxide is 68.41 %.

bezimeni [28]

Answer:

Explanation:

In weight/volume (w/v) terms,

   1 ppm = 1g m-3 = 1 mg L-1 = 1 μg mL-1

200 mL = 0.2 L

15 / 0.2 mg L-1 =75 ppm
