In eukaryotic cells, the mRNA is processed and migrates from the nucleus into the cytoplasm. mRNA carries coded information to the ribosome where this information is translated and used for protein synthesis.

Nucleus is like the brain of the cell. It is a double membranous organelle that regulates all the actions of the cell. Nucleus is also the store house of the genetic material. The cell membrane of the nucleus contains various small pores that manage the transport of molecules across it.

Ribosome is a nucleoprotein that is involved in the synthesis of protein. It has two subunits: a smaller one and a larger one. There are two types of ribosomes: 70 S and 80 S.
