Enzymes work the best in certain pH conditions and ranges in regards to base and acidic. If the enzyme is no longer in that range, it could denature(change shape), which would lead to the chemical reaction not working. I hope this is right or helped!
Diagnostic tests can be used to identify illnesses and underlying causes of symptoms. This is indeed true because diagnostic tests have been in use as tools that help doctors or psychologists to determine what is wrong with a patient and with that the probable disease.
1. Poiseuille's Law is used to determine flow via various lengths, widths and pressure gradients. Flow is ultimately dependent on radius and pressure gradient because viscosity and length relatively remain constant. Small changesi n radius lead to drastic changes in resistance.
2. Parallel Circulation. Vasoconstriction serves to shunt blood flow to other areas with much less significant effects on pressure. The total resistance is inversely proportional.
3. Series Circulation. Vasoconstriction increases back pressure and decreases downstream flow and pressure.
