Answer:

I would say the answer is C

Explanation:

Sometimes dialectical behavioral therapy can work but "responding best" to it is an over statement, people that have an antisocial personality often know how to speak and interact with people who they are comfortable and have the tools to speak, but the anxiety of talking to a new person can be very hard for them to tap in the tools they have. For improving by the age of forty well people do change but it still is not as common. Medication and psychotherapy can help with the anxiety and the reasoning behind being antisocial, humans are social by nature, so when people are antisocial it means something is disconnected or something happened where they cant express themselves, psychotherapy can help dig into that and help change the actions or behaviors of isolating. And for the very responsive, well they are antisocial so I dont think they would really be willing to talk.

Answer:

A

Explanation:

A, because if you read the options they kind of eliminate themselves. Think of option B. does it make sense for it to be after the age of 40 some people are different granted it may be true for some but not for most. Then option C just because someone has antisocial personality disorder does not mean they need psychotherapy and medication to treat it.. they just need therapy teaching them how to react and respond to others and their actions. Option D some are very responsive to treatment while others are not some may have it worse than others do so it would take more treatment more time to get them to react properly.
