x_1=v_1t

x_2=x_0-v_2t

Where v_1=16 Km/h, v_2 is unknown, x_0 is 300 kilomters. As they meet in 2 hours, then t=2 and x_1=x_2, so,

x=v_1t

x=x_0-v_2t

Solving for v_2,

v_2=x_0/t-v_1=134\ \ Km/h
