What is the coefficient of o2

Chemistry

Hey there! :)

If you've ever worked with coefficient's in math, you would determine it as a number in front of a variable.

For example, in 4x the coefficient would be 4.

So, in O2, it would be 1, because there is no given value. When there is no given value- you can always assume that the number is 1. 1*02= still equals O2.

I hope this helps, DM me with any questions if you have them. :)

E. H2CrO4 + Sr(OH)2 →
katrin2010 [14]

Answer:

The answer to your question is SrCrO₄ + H₂O

Explanation:

Data

  H₂CrO₄ + Sr(OH)₂ ⇒

We can notice that this is a Redox reaction or neutralization reaction because the reactants are an acid (H₂CrO₄) and a base (Sr(OH)₂). These reactions are also called double displacement reactions.

In these kind of reactions the products are always a binary or ternary salt and water.

Then, for this reaction,

           H₂CrO₄ + Sr(OH)₂ ⇒ SrCrO₄ + H₂O

A student has a piece of aluminum metal what is the most reasonable assumption a student can make about the metal
Gala2k [10]

Answer:

- It could be stretched into a thin wire.

Explanation:

As per the question, the most rational claim that the student can make about the aluminum metal is that 'it could be stretched into a thin wire' without breaking which shows its ductility. It is one of the most significant characteristics of a metal. Metals can conduct electricity in any state and not only when melted. Thus, option A is wrong. Options C and D are incorrect as metals neither have the same shape always nor do they break on hitting with a hammer. Therefore, option E is the correct answer.
