In a triangle, the measure of angles is in the same order of size as the order of the lengths of the opposite sides.

The largest angle is opposite the longest side.
The smallest angle is opposite the smallest side.
The mid-sized angle is opposite the mid-sized side.

The longest side measures 6 ft. The angle opposite that side is angle M.
Angle M is the largest angle.

The second longest side measures 5.5 ft. The angle opposite that side is angle N. Angle N is the second largest angle.

Answer: Angles M and N.

Which of the following are true statements?
Alla [95]

Answer: Options a,b  are correct

Explanation:

We can check the true statements with thye help of logarithmic rules

1. product rule log(xy) = logx+logy

2.quotient rule log\frac{x}{y}=logx-logy

3. Exponent rule logx^m=m*logx

Option a is satisfying product rule

Option b is satisfying exponent rule

Option c is discarded because   (logM)^p=log^pM not equal to p*LogM

Option D is discarded because logM-logN =logM-logN=log(\frac{M}{N})  is not equal to log(M-N)

Hence, Option a and b are correct.
