Lets say segment AB=X. segment AU=Y. and segment UB=Z. we know segments AB and AU already which means we can find UB by simple subtraction. X-Y=Z... X=41, Y=22.    41-22=Z    41-22=19.  Z=19 and Z=UB.
So by that the answer is 19 which would be D.
