Fat soluble hormones can pass directly through the cell membrane. This is because the membrane is phospholipid in nature and hydrophobic heads are located at the outer area, the lipid loving compounds are thus easy to translocate through the same. Small hormones can also pass through the membrane because they can fit and pass through the spaces between the phospholipids.

The fat-soluble hormone can pass directly through the plasma membrane of the target cell.

Further Explanation:

Hormones are the molecules that transmit information from tissues and endocrine glands to the cells all over the body. The structure, response and action of every hormone is different from each other. They control different process including heart rate, growth of the muscle and menstrual cycle. The hormone can pass through the bloodstream to the target cell. They can easily bind to the receptor present on the surface of the target tissue and transmit the information.

Fat-soluble hormones are mainly sex hormone estrogens, androgens and aldosterone. The fat-soluble hormone is not soluble in water and they are hydrophobic in nature. They like fatty and lipid structures. The fat-soluble hormone also named as a lipid-soluble hormone. They are lipophilic in nature and they can pass through the lipid membrane easily. This is because the main components of the cell membrane are lipids and triglycerides which allow the passage of the fat-soluble hormone.

Answer: 3. Throughout the client's hospital admission.

In your opinion, is "avoiding" an effective conflict management strategy? Why or why not?
Mashcka [7]
I don't think avoiding would be an effective conflict management strategy, because if it's something serious or even something small you shouldn't really ever avoid anything especially if it's between you and another person because it could damage something between you two for awhile or maybe forever. So no i don't think that is a good why to handle something.<span />
