Answer:

Civil inattention.

Explanation:

According to Erving Goffman, we often come across situations in public places where we are left with another stranger for a short period of time. These situations may occur inside elevators, public transport, office buildings, or anywhere in public spaces.

During these situations it has been observed that most people would greet each other with a slight head nod or a small gesture. However, they tend to ignore the presence of each other after that encounter. This phenomenon or behavior is referred as an example of civil inattention.

This is done to show the other person that we recognize the other person's presence though not necessarily looking for any interaction.

Lunna [17]

Answer:

The concept of bounded rationality holds that: b) decision makers process limited and imperfect information and rarely select the best choice.

Explanation:

The concept of bounded rationality means that even though humans use rationality to make decitions, rationality is not the only importan factor to be consider. Humans have limited capacities to analize a manner only by their rational thinking. There for emotions, or the perception of reality can vary from one person to another. Also humans search for pleasure and the satisfactions of their prompt needs, this is the limit of rationality in humans, that is why in order to decide, not only rational thinking is involved.

Give a plausible explantion or hypothesis for the spike in dog searches that occurred between 2014 and 2015 that would lead to f
77julia77 [94]

The increase in the number of surveys related to dogs in the period may have occurred due to the increase in the number of cases of non-elderly dog deaths.

First, an initial research was done to identify if there were any pathological or external agents, such as the weather, that explained the dogs' death. Once the causative agent is discovered, further research is commissioned to understand the mechanisms of action of the causative agent of death and ways to prevent such events from happening.
