Answer:

1. A duty that any good social and human  services assistant should do is make sure that clients receive help with preforming their daily activities    

2. work with clients other professionals to observe new or develop problems to diagnose problem and come up with a plan for treatment

3. As stated in the first duty, being a social and human services assistant, it is your job to make sure clients find proper assistance and that they are tended properly to in a timely matter and treated with care and respect if a discrepancy involving a fellow professional were to occur, first, properly take care of the client, then report the incident to a superior or authorities if the action was heinous or violent.    

Explanation: These duties should always be in mind while working in a position like this, the most important thing to you as a social and human services assistant is the client's health and comfortableness, if a fellow professional is being lack-luster do not be afraid to call him out
