Answer:

A Celebrity is someone who has achieved a level of notoriety usually with ties to some form of media and strictly to that type of media. A cultural icon is someone who has achieved some level of notoriety as with a celebrity. but the main difference is that cultural icons has a more positive connotation and did something to warrant a change for the culture they may represent. In terms of becoming a celebrity, i do believe you need some level of talent in that you need to do something to achieve some kind of notoriety more recently this has been fairly easy ( especially to those who use you Tube as their outlets) and if you make the right kind of video.

Senior managers may manual employees directly or they could direct numerous supervisors, who in turn directly manipulate the employees.

The second level (or third-degree now and again in large agencies) is a senior supervisor. The responsibilities of a senior manager are basically the same as those of a supervisor. They're liable for the administrative and functional path of a collection of personnel.

The correct answer is the alarm stage.

According to Hans Seyle's general adaptation syndrome (GAS) model, when faced with and responding to stressors, individuals and animals go through three stages: Alarm, Resistance and Exhaustion. During the Alarm stage, individuals have their sympathetic nervous system (or fight-or-flight response) activated. This means that they aroused with a burst of energy to either fight the threat or flee from it. In Nancy's example, when she encountered the rattlesnake, she experienced the alarm stage of the GAS model, where she was prepared to flee from the rattlesnake.
