This relate to the premises of Brown v. Board of Education in following way:

  • This case was about the segregation of the Public Schools. It was argued that this segregation leads to the development of inferiority in the black children. So, such a system is creating inequality.
  • The Supreme Court ruled that the separate but equal schools doctrine is creating sense of equality rather than it is creating inferiority in the people. So, the segregation was eradicated afterwards.
