Answer:a. Responsibility

b. Respect

c. Fairnessd. Honesty, these are all values mentioned under PMI

Explanation:Ethics at work is about fowling decision making process that would consider people, resources and environment and these four values will drive a project management profession.

Responsibility - This means the project manager must take full ownership of their decisions and consequences of those decisions and actions fro example they can not decided and blame the team members if anything goes wrong.

Respect means a project manager needs to treat their people with respect and also respect the resources that have been left in tgeir care , they can't just use the money anyhow they want it has to be for reasonable and logical work related use.

Fairness a project manager can not make subjective decisions without considering the people they work with they can't push project that are only driven by self interest.

Honesty They can't act untruthful in term of how they communicate information or conduvt themselves within the company and amongst the people they lead because this may lead to confusion and improper working environment.

DedPeter [7]

Answer:

Authoritative

Explanation:

There are 4 different styles of parenting:

 • Authoritarian
 • Authoritative
 • Permissive/indulgent
 • Uninvolved/neglectful

Both Authoritative and authoritarian styles of parenting focus on authority, this means that they set rules and expect their children to follow the rules.

However, the authoritarian parenting is a cold style of parenting which doesn't allow for questions from the kids ("because I say so") so there is a one directional style of communication. These parents focus on punishing the wrong behavior and they believe in total control and lack of independence from their children. Therefore, this children tend to be shy, dependant and they do not get along with others, they usually tend to be asocial.

Authoritative parents are nurturing so they are warmer than the Authoritarian parents, they allow children to ask why so they explain limits by reasoning with their kids, they also focus on teaching the right behaviors rather than punishing the wrong ones and when there are wrong behaviors they focus on consequences rather than on punishments. This children tend to be happy and independent, they also have healthy interactions and relationships with the people around them.

Permissive/Indulgent parents think "kids will be kids" so they tend to be very forgiving when it comes to rules and they don't usually set consequences, but, when they do, they don't really stick to them. These children grow to be irresponsible and they do not stick to rules.

Uninvolved/neglectful parents are cold and distant but also they don't expect much from their children so, basically, their children lack attention, and we can say they are neglected. These children are more likely to have delinquent behavior when they grow and they have difficulties establishing social relationships.

Therefore, we can see that Children who have high academic achievement, get along well with others, and are happy tend to come from households with an authoritative parenting style

ABOUT BLACK LIVES MATTER MOVEMENT

The fundamental rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution are inherent for all. There is no question that all people were created free and equal with certain inalienable rights. This is a universally accepted principle. Segregation and racism of the people of color in the United States has always been a subject of discussion for decades, perhaps centuries where different figures have called on the people to fight and seek for equality. This is the genesis of the question as to whether black lives matter. However different people have had the different opinion concerning the issue, and this has compelled different groups to address the issue through various means such as debates and protests.

When black people started seeking for justice and fair treatment, they were not against police but the brutality and the excessive violence that the police used against the black people and singled them out based on their race. Other than the unfair treatment that the black people received, they were also seeking a balance of power. According to observers, there are more than twice as many unarmed Black people killed by the police compared to White people. The black people feared for their lives and no longer felt safe walking in the street.

JulijaS [17]

A duras penas, reciben dádivas.
