Answer:

Adjust the frequency of her workouts to add time for rest and recovery

Explanation:

We all know how much exercise and physical activity is essential to keep our health up to date, however, we should not exeger in the practice of these activities. Physical exercises are extremely beneficial, but you need to allow your body time to rest and recover.

This is because physical activities require a certain effort from the muscles and bone structure of the body. Practicing them exhaustively without allowing the body to recover can be very harmful and can cause fatigue, muscle pain and even bone fracture.

An example of this can be seen in the question above, where Dionne has established a very exhaustive exercise routine that is making her feel tired and without energy. In that case, she should adjust this routine and add time for her body to rest and recover.

a 3-year-old girl has been a fussy eater since being weaned, particularly when fruit is part of her diet. she would get cranky,
Bond [772]

The problems the girl exhibits when eating fruit is most likely due to elevated levels of fructose-1-phosphate in liver cells

Define Hereditary fructose intolerance (HFI).

Fruit sugar fructose and its precursors cannot be digested in people with hereditary fructose intolerance (HFI). The accumulation of fructose-1-phosphate in the liver, kidney, and small intestine is caused by a lack of activity of the enzyme fructose-1-phosphate aldolase.

The patient has HFI, which is due to a mutation in aldolase B. Sucrose would still be cleaved by sucrase, thus it would not increase in the stool. Fructose would not be metabolized normally, therefore it would be elevated in the blood and urine. Aldolase B would not cleave fructose 1-phosphate, thus its levels would be elevated and the product, glyceraldehyde, would not be produced.

HFI patients frequently grow to dislike fruit and sweets intensely. After consuming fructose-containing foods, they may experience symptoms like excruciating stomach pain, vomiting, and low blood sugar.

What is the advantage of regular health check up in points.
xenn [34]

Doing a regular body check-up can help doctors diagnose a disease before it poses high risk. Reduces the risk of complication during treatment – once you are diagnosed with a health condition at an early stage, the complexity and risk involved are less when compared to diagnosing at a very late stage.
