Personality tests can be biased due to the personal beliefs of the proctor of the test, because there is no exact science in the personality testing of individuals regardless if there is questions the proctor could filter out someone he finds unlikable or quiet, when put into perspective the interviewee could be great at his job regardless of his personal faults, sometimes personality testing only belongs in jobs that require charisma llike in the job of those responsible for managing great PR skills (Public Relation), when a job does depend on on such personality skills maybe just maybe the test should be admistered.
