PreCalculus Question: If you don't know how to do college-level math, don't give me a useless "this is hard" or "look at your no

tes." I've looked through my notes and my textbook and genuinely need help. So if you've passed college trig or precalculus, please help.
Please look at the images attatched and see if you can help me. I've already found the speed of the merry-go-round to be 13.963 ft/s, and I know for sure the graph of the shadow's motion is sinusoidal. However, I'm not sure how to make that graph or where to go from here.

cupoosta [38]

Answer:

50%

Step-by-step explanation:

Actual value - estimated value

Actual value = 24 miles

Estimated value = 36 miles

Estimated value - Actual value

= 36 miles - 24 miles

= 12 miles

% error = change in value / actual value × 100

= 12/ 24 × 100

= 1/2 × 100

= 50%

kvv77 [185]

Answer:

I believe it could be any number because:

let y=any number

x^2+10x+y=16+y

x^2+10x+y-y=16+y-y

x^2+10x=16

you can add any number to both side and not change the solution.
