Answer:

\Huge \boxed{N=-18}

Step-by-step explanation:

To solve this problem, first you have to isolate it on one side of the equation.

First, multiply 3 from both sides.

3*2/3n=3(-12)

Solve.

3*-12=-36

2n=-36

Next, divide 2 from both sides.

2n/2=-36/2

Solve.

-36/2=-18

Therefore, the correct answer is n=-18.

Answer:

-1/18

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's multiply left and right by 3n:

2 = -12 * 3n =>

-36n = 2

now divide by -36:

n = 2/-36 = -1/18

Help!! Can someone explain this to me I’m not getting it.
chubhunter [2.5K]

Answer:

A. 99 sq cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of geometric shape

= 2 times the area of one triangle with base a and height c

+ 2 times the area of one triangle with base c and height b

+ Area of rectangle with dimensions a and c.

= 2 \times  \frac{1}{2} ac + 2 \times  \frac{1}{2} bc + ac \\  \\  = ac + bc + ac \\  \\  = 2ac + bc \\  \\  = 2(13)(3) + 7(3) \\  \\  = 78 + 21 \\  \\  = 99 \: sq \: cm

umka21 [38]

option c) The line segment AC is the diameter of circle F.

<u>Step-by-step explanation</u>:

  • The 'diameter' is the line segment that passes through the center of the circle.
  • In the circle shown, F is the center of the circle.
  • The line segments EB and AC passes through the center point F.
  • Therefore, both EB and AC are the diameters of the given circle.
  • From the options given, option c) AC is the correct answer.

Can the formula F=ma be a direct variation equation? If so, which variable would have to be held constant?
ANEK [815]
Yes it can be a direct variation.  it follows the form y = kx
The only variable that cannot be held constant is F, but we can hold the mass constant and vary the acceleration OR we can hold the acceleration constant and vary the mass.  Either one would work, but the easiest would be to vary the mass and hold the acceleration constant since we are all pulled by the same action gravity

This figure represents a small brick that is to be covered on all sides with a striped fabric. How much fabric is needed to cove
kati45 [8]
For a question like this you need to find the surface area
The formula is :
b x w x h (base x width x height)

So you multiply 3 1/2 x 6 x 5 1/2 = 22.5
