Answer:

The circumference of this circle is 43.1 feet.

Step-by-step explanation:

Circumference of a circle = 2\pi r

Where,

r is the radius of the circle.

Therefore, we can find the circumference of the circle by substituting the values to the equation:

2\pi 6.87

2*3.14* 6.87

43.1436

The circumference of this circle is 43.1 feet. (Rounded to the nearest tenth)

If f (x) = -9x - 9 and g (x) = Vx - 9, what is (f ° g) (10)?
Temka [501]

Answer: (f \circ g) (10)= -18\ .

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: f (x) = -9x - 9 and g (x) = \sqrt{x - 9}

To find : (f o g) (10)

For this we first find (f o g) (x)= f(g(x))

=f(\sqrt{x-9})\\\\=-9(\sqrt{x-9})-9

Now,

(f \circ g) (10)=-9(\sqrt{10-9})-9\\\\=-9\sqrt{1}-9\\\\=-9-9=-18

Hence, the value of (f \circ g) (10)= -18\ .

Whats the slope and the equation
vichka [17]
You can find the slope of a line by having two points. In this case we have 5 different point so we pick two.

so for the first one I will pick (2,17) and (7,37)

we use (y2-y1) / (x2-x1)  this is rise over run

plug and chug to get slope.
(37-17)/(7-2)= 4

now use point slope using one of the point that we used to find the slope
y−b=m(x−a<span>) or y-y1 = m (x-x1)

plug and chug again
m=4 ............ point (2,17)

y- 17 = 4 (x- 2)
y= 4x +10

hope this helps
