ABC is a equilateral triangle .

Proof :-

Let's assume both circles as C1 and C2 [ as shown in the figure ]

  • AB is the radius of circle C1
  • AB is the radius of Circle C2

AC is the radius of circle C1.

BC is the radius of circle C2 .

AB and AC both are radius of circle C1 so both are equal ie AB = AC .

AB and BC both are radius of circle C 2 so both are equal ie AB = BC .

Hence we conclude that .

AB = BC = AC.

So the triangle is equilateral triangle.

<span><u><em>The correct answers are: </em></u>
B) have the same vertex
C) be congruent.

<u><em>Explanation</em></u><span><u><em>: </em></u>
Vertical angles are defined as opposite angles that <u>share only a vertex</u>. This definition is why B is true.
Since they are opposite angles, that means that the sides of one angle will be opposite the sides of the other; since this is true, the angles must be <u>congruent</u>.</span></span>

Solve 3sinx = 2cos^2x .
goldenfox [79]
3 sin x = 2 ( 1 - sin² x )
3 sin x = 2 - 2 sin² x
2 sin² x + 3 sin x - 2 = 0
Substitution: t = sin x
2 t² + 3 t - 2 = 0
t 1/2 = \frac{-3+/- \sqrt{9+16} }{4} =  \frac{-3+/-5}{4}
t 1 = 1/2
t 2 = - 2 ( this solution is not acceptable )
sin x = 1/2

Answer:

C. $11.55

Step-by-step explanation:

First, multiply 4 by $0.85 to get an answer of $3.40. Next, multiply 6 by $1.25 to get an answer of $7.50. Add up the cost of the pencils and pens by adding $3.40 and $7.50 to get $10.90. Next, we have to add the tax. Multiply $10.90 by 0.06 to get $.65. Add the $.65 to the $10.90 for a grand total of $11.55. Hope this helps!
