Size and shape:

Bacteria is a cell. Virus is acellular.

Bacteria are about 0.5 and 5 μm. The can be round or bar shaped.

Virus are not bigger than a fragment of ARN, about 100 times smaller than bacteria. They have a capsule that contains the RNA.

Both, bacteria and virus, can also have an external filament that allows them mobility.

Form of infection:

All viruses cause harm. Some bacterias are good to our health.

Bacteria can live by itself. Virus need a host.

You can take antibiotic to kill bacteria. Viruses can only been prevented by vaccines, but you can't be treated once infected.
