The physical activity known as swimming is very beneficial towards muscular strength.

<u>THE BENEFITS</u>

- It helps put your heart rate up; good for your cardio

- Relieves stress and anxiety most of the time (Unless you dislike the water lol that would rise your anxiety levels quite a bit)

- Builds muscle strength, Endurance, Stamina, and your Cardiovascular System

- Helps you have a healthy weight, heart, and lungs

- swimming tones your muscles and strength.

- Improves balance, flexibility, posture, and and coordination

- Good way to cool down on heated days

- It is a low impact therapy for minor injuries and conditions

Physical activity can reduce the cost of heath care, because exercising makes you healthy mentally and physically, so you won't have to go to the doctor much, since your healthy. This is how physical activity plays a role in the prevention of disease and the reduction of health care costs.
