Answer:

Explanation:

The resistance column is correct.

I1 = I2 = I3 = I4 = 2 Amps

So all the currents are the same.

R = 110

I = 2 amps

V = ?

Vt = I * R

Vt = 2 * 110

Vt = 220

=============

V1 = 20 * 2 = 40 volts. That's 40 volts dropped from the right side of R1 to the left side.

V2 = 60 * 2 = 120 volts across the 60 ohm resistor

V3 = 30 * 2 = 60

Total voltage = 40 + 120 + 60

Total voltage = 220 which is just what it should be.

==========================

Power

P1 = V1 * I

P1 = 40 * 2

P1 = 80 watts

P2 = 120*2

P2 = 240

P3 = 60 * 2

P3 = 120

Total Power = 80 + 240 + 120

Total Power = 440

A certain elevator cab has a total run of 214 m and a maximum speed is 315 m/min, and it accelerates from rest and then back to
dangina [55]

Answer:

11.4 m

Explanation:

We are given that

Total distance traveled by cab,d=214 m

Maximum speed of cab=v=315 m/min=\frac{315}{60}=5.25m/s

1 min =60 s

Acceleration of cab=1.21 m/s^2

We have to find the distance traveled by the cab while accelerating to full speed from rest.

Initial speed o f cab=u=0

v^2-u^2=2ax

Substitute the values in the formula

(5.25)^2-0=2(1.21)x

27.5625=2.42x

x=\frac{27.5625}{2.42}

x=11.4 m

Hence, the cab travel 11.4 m from rest to full speed.

The wavelength corresponding to light with a frequency of 4 x 10^14 Hz is 1.33m 0.075 mm 7500 nm 750 nm
Scorpion4ik [409]

Answer:

Wavelength of light is 750 nm.

Explanation:

It is given that,

Frequency of light, \nu=4\times 10^{14}\ Hz

The relationship between the wavelength and the frequency of light is given by :

c=\nu\times \lambda

Where

c = speed of light

\nu = frequency of light

\lambda = wavelength of light

\lambda=\dfrac{c}{\nu}

\lambda=\dfrac{3\times 10^8\ m/s}{4\times 10^{14}\ Hz}

\lambda=7.5\times 10^{-7}\ m

\lambda=750\ nm

Hence, the correct option is (d) "750 nm".
