I have major depression myself and how i deal with it is taking depression meds and they actually work... there is different types of meds i take Citalopram Aka Celexa and they have small and big doses incase of how bad the depression is . And my doctors said that of course its new to you and it happens to everyone SOMETIMES but youll get a bit dizzy but it will ware off but other than that it doesn't affect your health one bit.
