The goal is to assist patient for exercise,have a safe environment,demonstrate the use of mobility devices like walker and crutches.To complete the objectives in achieving the goal the nurse should first assist patient in performing the passive and active ROM exercises,assist patient in using crutches or walkers and provide safe environment through increasing side rails in the bed. To know if the interventions work the patient should show she is still doing the activities of daily living inspite of her condition.
