Charles Darwin's work followed the rules of hypotheses creation and testing.

In order to prove a scientific suspicion, a true scientist has to follow the above methods.

So Darwin probably theorized that the offspring of certain living entities were by either environmental conditioning or by natural selection different genetically from their parent.

He tried this hypothesis over time and using the results he got, modified his theory.

The temperature of the volcanic gases can reach about 600 to 700 °C (1,100 to 1,300 °F). The velocity of a flow often exceeds 100 km (60 miles) per hour and may attain speeds as great as 160 km (100 miles) per hour.
