Excretory system is defined as the process by which the waste materials are eliminated from the body of a plant, animals or human bodies. The excretory system of plants is somewhat different from animals and is quite simple. Plants can excrete their products such as-

1) Oxygen by absorbing carbon dioxide

2) Releasing water in the form of water vapor due to the evapotranspiration process

3) Releasing carbon dioxide at night

The plant bodies are so simple that it does not require any organs to remove its waste materials. So they are easily eliminated from their bodies.
