kipiarov [429]

Ron has an endomorphy type of physique.

Option c

Explanation:

When it comes to the outer appearance of an individual, Endomorphs are those who have shorter height in general, round body structure with wider hips and shoulder. Endomorphs generally face a lot of trouble losing weight. They also have difficulties maintaining their good fat percentage i.e. healthy body fat. They have a low need for sleep and eventually low energy levels.

For example: A person who gains 5 pounds just by eating a piece of donut can be called as an Endomorph.

Consider the transition from the energy levels n = 3 to n = 6. what is the wavelength associated with this transition, in nm?
Anuta_ua [19.1K]
In quantum chemistry, when the energy of electron changes by moving from orbital to orbital, it emits or absorbs energy in the form of light. When this happens, you can measure its wavelength. Suppose an atom is heated. This excites the electron so it moves up higher to the next orbital. As a result, it would emit light. When its energy lowers and moves one orbital lower, it would absorb light. The equation to determine the wavelength is called the Rydberg formula.

1/wavelength = R(1/n1^2 - 1/n2^2), where
R is an empirical constant called Rydberg's constant equal to 1.9074 × 10^7 m^-1
n1 and n2 are orbitals of the atoms such that n2 is always greater than n1.

Substituting the values:

1/wavelength = 1.9074 × 10^7 (1/3^2 - 1/6^2)
wavelength = 1.09 × 10^-6 m or 1.09 micrometers

Considered the statement "You can move parts of your body because of energy from the sun. "Described a series of energy conversi
Masja [62]

Answer:

Explanation:

The source of all forms of energy found on the earth except nuclear energy is the sun . So energy used by us to do daily activities also comes from the sun .

The plants trap the solar energy in the form of light to make food material for us like sugar , carbohydrates etc . This energy is stored here in the chemical bonds formed in them.

We take this food in the form of carbohydrate, fat etc. We digest it to mix this food carbohydrate in blood . It is further broken down on being absorbed by the cell in our body . They break them to produce a compound like ATP ( adenocine triphosphate ) which is energy rich compound . It is converted into ADP and difference of energy is released . This energy is used by us in moving body parts.
