They make your resume look good because no one wants to hire someone who hasn't even learned about his job. It makes you look reliable. In order to get a license, you need to pass an exam. If you can pass an exam, then you're pretty good at the topic.
Just breathe, talk it out with someone you trust, listen to your favorite music. It's even good to sleep. I tend to try to forget i struggle with these things.
i dont think any protein bars have no sugar in them, there are protein bars with low sugars in them if that helps a little
