Anti proton are short lived anti-particles of protons that has a charge of -1. When they encounter their counter part, which is the proton, they exist for a short span of time only since they will be annihilated and burst into a form of energy.

Where do we find the most abundant natural supply of Cl- ions
Mashcka [7]

Answer:

Chlorine is found abundantly in earth crust and ocean.

Explanation:

The elements of group 17 are called halogens. These are six elements Fluorine, Chlorine, Bromine, Iodine, Astatine. Chlorine is one of them.

it is greenish-yellow irritating gas.

its melting point is 172.2 K

its boiling point is 238.6 K

It is present in earth crust and ocean abundantly.

In ocean chlorine is found in the form of salt sodium chloride.

About 1.9% mass of sea water consist of chlorine ions.

In earth crust it is present in minerals such as carnallite and sylvite.

it is disinfectant and can kill the bacteria.

it is also used in manufacturing of paper, paints and textile industries.

It is also reported that chlorine can effect the respiratory system, immune system and heart.

Up to some extent it can also effect the organism living in water.

How many kilograms of water form when 48 kg of oxygen gas chemically combine with 6 kg of hydrogen gas?
Snezhnost [94]
That would equal 54 kilograms of water. i know it sounds dumb but you have to realize that the weight will not just decrease since that's the units of measure were dealing with

Provide three ways that humans have had a impact on the greenhouse effect on Earth?
galina1969 [7]

Burning of fossil fuels, increase use of vehicles and use of household appliances like refrigerator are the three ways humans have had an impact on the greenhouse effect on Earth

Explanation:

 • Burning of fossil fuels for industrial purpose cause the emission of greenhouse gases such as Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), Carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide.
 • The smoke comes from the vehicles contain carbon dioxide which increases the number of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere .
 • Use of household appliances will also lead to the emission of greenhouses gases mainly, CFCs (Chlorofluorocarbons) .
 • Increase in the number of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere will lead to climate change.

using the equaation 2h2+o2-->2h2o if 10.0g of hydrogen are used in the presence of excess oxygen how many grams of water will
astra-53 [7]

Answer:

90g of H2O

Explanation:

2H2 + O2 —> 2H2O

First, we calculate the molar masses of H2 And H20.

Molar Mass of H2 = 2g/mol

Mass conc of H2 from the balanced equation = 2 x 2 = 4g

Molar Mass of H2O = 2 + 16 = 18g/mol

Mass conc of H2O from the balanced equation = 2x18 = 36g

From the equation,

4g of H2 produced 36g of H2O

Therefore, 10g of H2 will be produce = (10x36)/4 = 90g of H2O

Write a balanced half-reaction describing the reduction of aqueous vanadium(V) cations to aqueous vanadium(I) cations.
olga nikolaevna [1]

Reduction refers to a chemical reaction in which electrons are gained by one of the atoms involved in the reaction and at the same time lowering of an oxidation state of that atom takes place.

In the given case, the reduction occurs at the cathode. In aqueous, V (vanadium) is present in +5 oxidation state that on reduction modifies to vanadium (aq) with +1 oxidation state.

The half reaction is:

V⁵⁺ (aq) + 4e⁻ → V¹⁺ (aq)
