Ok so lets first determine all the angles of the triangle.
Given:
Angle A = 90
Angle B = 45
Angle C = ?

If we add up all the angles of any triangle, we should get 180 degrees.
Therefore, Angle C = 90 (angle A) - 45 (angle B) = 45 degrees.

Since there was a ray drawn from A through C the exterior angle of angle C is angle 1.
Any straight line should equal to 180 degrees.
Therefore, angle 1 = 180 - angle C = 135

Answer: angle 1 = 135 degrees

0.84 is 10 times as much as 0.084 and 1/10 of
Alisiya [41]
8.4. To come to this conclusion, one must remember that 1/10 of a number is in essence saying this is 1 out of 10 equally divided portions of a number. This is equivalent to 10%. Multiply the number by the denominator, in this case 10, and you will get the total number. 0.84 x 10 = 8.4 (10% x 10 = 100%). Another way to look at it is to add 0.84 ten times. Either way you should end up with 8.4.

If your weight is 132 pounds, how much work is done if you climb a flight of stairs 12 meters high?
Temka [501]

Answer:

7040.76 Joule

Step-by-step explanation:

In order to make yourself be able to climb upstairs, you need to work against the force of gravity. The force with which you pull yourself up is equal to the force of gravity exerted on you by the gravitational force.

So here, the net force involved is Mass(in Kg) multiplied by Acceleration due to gravity.

132 pounds = 59.8742 Kg

Net force = 59.87 × 9.8 = 586.73

As we know, the workdone is calculated by Multiplying the Net force with the Net displacement. Here, in this case the net displacement is 12 meters.

So,

Workdone = 586.73 × 12 = 7040.76 Joule

For how many integer values of n will the value of the expression 4n + 7 be an integer greater than 1 and less than 200?
Morgarella [4.7K]

Answer:

48

Step-by-step explanation:

We are asked that the value of (4n + 7) will be an integer > 1 and < 200, for how many integer values of n.

So, equating (4n + 7) with 200 we can get the value.

4n + 7 = 200

⇒ 4n = 193

⇒ n = 48.25

Hence, the value of n will be the largest integer less than 48.25.

Therefore, the number of integer values of n will be 48. (Answer)
