Answer: The correct answer is the digestive system.

Explanation:

When someone is experiencing stress, the can have a change in their eating habits. Some people may tend to overeat while others tend to eat less.

When a person eats more that can make the person  eat foods that cause acid reflux and heartburn.

Breaking down food in the digestive system can be affected, just because of the stress eating.

If the food isn't broken down properly, this can cause a person to get constipated or the person can get diarrhea.

Also, stress eating can cause severe stomach pain, vomiting, and sometimes nausea.

“Hello, I am _______. I am a trained, licensed phlebotomist and I will perform the draw. It is okay to be nervous. This will be a quick procedure and I will make sure to make it least uncomfortable.”

Introducing oneself and qualifications/ experience reassures the patient of a successful blood draw. Acknowledging the patient’s fear and respecting his thoughts and feelings are important in establishing rapport and encouraging cooperation in healthcare procedures.

(If the patient requests, the phlebotomist may ask an experienced/ preferred (by patient) colleague to perform the draw.)
