When they were full of air, then the Pressure was the Highest 'cause of the larger force under the specified area as compared to when we released it.

We decreased the area of our cheek, so pressure increased and air flows from the cheek (area of high pressure) to the atmosphere (Area of the Lower pressure).

Air flows from Cheek to the Outside of your mouth i.e., in open air.

Hope this helps!

There was more pressure against my cheeks when my mouth was filled with air, and the pressure decreased once I blew out the air. I released the air by opening my mouth. The air flowed away from my puffed cheeks—the area of high pressure.

The balanced chemical equation for the reaction between PCl5 and water is given below. If 3.45 moles of HCl are produced, how ma
enyata [817]
The coefficients of the substances give you the ratio of the number of moles.
The 4 before the H2O and the 5 before the HCl tell you that for every 5 moles of HCl created, 4 moles of H2O had to react.

Therefore:
(3.45mol HCl)(\frac{4 mol H2O}{5 mol HCl})
can be used to find the moles of H2O that react.

(3.45mol HCl)(\frac{4 mol H2O}{5 mol HCl}) = 2.76 mol H20

What is the limiting reactant if 12 moles of p4 react with 15 moles of o2?.
brilliants [131]

Answer:

see explanation

Explanation:

To determine limiting reactant divide mole quantities of reactants by the respective coefficient in the balanced equation. The smaller value is the limiting reactant.

    P₄      +     5O₂       => 2P₂O₅

12/1 = 12      15/5 = 3

O₂ is the limiting reactant. P₄ will be in excess when rxn stops.
